InSPC+ Main Screen
Organize your processes by attaching images and associating them with tags so that they may be quickly located. Store all processes in one database and control who has access to them.
InSPC Main Screen
Store and access all of your charts across several folders using tags to group them and make them easy to find. Double-click any chart to see an updated view of the data.
Selecting a Chart
Conveniently access all the charts for a process, or across the entire database from this screen. Filter charts by type or process. For rapid access to key charts, use the Chart Groups feature.
Tiling of Multiple Charts
Chart tiling allows you to simultaneously monitor several processes while continuing to work on your PC. The charts may be periodically refreshed to keep you up to date.
Control Chart Example
InSPC draws all of the standard control charts – and very quickly. Features include multiple limits, annotations, zoom and scrolling, plus a wide variety of settings to customize the charts.
Histograms are familiar charts that give an overview of the process and they may be used to make predictions about product quality by means of capability studies. Our histograms have several options to fit curves to non-normal data.
Use advanced charts such as the CUSUM to detect subtle process changes over time. Such shifts may take a long time to be detected on a traditional control chart.
Editing Process Data
Data entry is quick and convenient using InSPC+’s editors. View live charts during data entry for instant feedback on the state of your processes. Add notes, causes, corrective actions and process changes to annotate your data.
InSPC+ includes a number of reports to help you summarize your processes and the other contents of your quality database. Reports may be emailed directly or saved as HTML files that can be viewed in any browser and, of course, can be printed as well.
In a hurry? Use Chart Analyst to get a summary of all the charts in the current folder – fast (and without even looking at them). This feature will cast an eye over your charts for you and tell you what is important.
InSPC provides many options for customizing your charts. Chart styles can be used to change both new and existing charts and enable you to create your own “house” style to ensure a consistent look.
